- From the Outlook Express pull down menu select Tools | Accounts





Note:
The Account name is the first letter of the first name combined with the last
name.
Please see your network administrator your password.

You can enable remember password AFTER you have changed it on line.

Changing the properties of your email account
- Select the Properties button


Make sure you enable "My server requires
authentication"

- Back in Outlook, press the Send/Recv button
